Ackerman :
podcast twice. All right, returning to best hour of their day, the one, the only since being on the show last time. Also, proud pappa Conor Murphy.

Conor Murphy:
Hello, everyone. I'm honored to be honored. How many people have been here for the second time? Is this like the first or second person who's come on here twice now?

Ackerman :
I don't think it's the first or second. But you when you were within some very prestigious company, you're your buddy, Austen Malleolo, being one of them. Our friend of the show, Sean Passed Stooge is another one from active life. I'm trying to think that that's really the big ones other than some other like. Todd Kudo is kind of been a regular recurring guest, but by man, it's prestigious. It's kind of like I don't know. When I was growing up, I was very into Saturday Night Live. Are you familiar?

Conor Murphy:
I've seen it. I've heard of it.

Ackerman :
Yeah. You know, the younger generation, you don't have respect as much as ours did. But but there was a very prestigious club called the Five Timers Club. And when you had hosted the show five times, you got a special robe and they always made a big deal out of it. You're in that type of category and that type of company here, best hour of their day, which is no small task. I'd like to say in the last year you've had two big milestones, a baby and this and this is slightly above having a daughter.

Conor Murphy:
Now, as you put it that way, I feel so honored right now. And you know what I'm gonna do? I'm going to say that I'm the first person to be on here twice. And it just sounds way cooler than what you just said. So I'm really proud to be the first person to be on this podcast twice.

Ackerman :
You know what? Maybe this is someone's, you know, first time listening and they don't know any better. So. Yeah, yeah. If you believe it's true. Like George Costanza says, it's true. But, you know, you were on it. And, you know, if you love Connor Murphy, which a lot of people do is easy to love, go back and listen to that episode. And again, you reached out to me because talking to you did inspire a chapter of my book best hour their day.

Conor Murphy:
That's right. What was the chapter called?

Ackerman :
I don't want to give it away. I don't want to give it away because I want you to read it because I'm gonna get you a copy. On WOD On the waves. I got I'll sign it for you and everything, because I know you're going to ask me to sign the book for you. And I want you to figure out which one.

Conor Murphy:
Ok. That sounds fair.

Ackerman :
Speaking of and that will probably be the next time I see you, but I'm getting really amped up for this. I'm getting amped up for WOD on the waves, Two, is actually recording it. It's exactly three months away.

Conor Murphy:
It is. What is it? I think. Eighty three days out.

Ackerman :
Yeah, I mean, it's April 16, so we'll be on the boat three months from today, I should say. Well, you know, at this point on the boat. You'll be passed out from drinking too much. But I'll still be doing everything I do.

Conor Murphy:
Well, I'm pretty sure I stay up later than you and get up earlier than you, so I don't really know where we're gonna be, but I do know that it will be Monday. And so the crews get back into port on Monday. So I will actually be very relieved of all the duties and just working on logistics on potentially WOD on the waves as three by then. But. That's neither here nor there.

Ackerman :
Well, let's talk about it for those that aren't aware what in the waves started last year. I was lucky enough to not only be on it, but a part of it presenting for Own Your Eating and coaching numerous classes with people like Pat Zellner, Ryan Fisher, Rachel Martinez, you know, counters wives. And it's it was an amazing time. As soon as it ended, I was like, when are we doing this again? It's it's not often you get to go on vacation, have fun, but stay fit if not get fitter while while being on a cruise ship surrounded by I mean, really attractive people. I mean, that boat was about them if you were anywhere on the planet. That was them the most attractive place on the planet for those three days.

Conor Murphy:
That's that's definitely one way to look at it. I would have to agree,.

Ackerman :
There is no real square footage base. I mean, think about it. Where else could you have found. A thousand more attractive people all on a you know, how big is the boat? You know, it's huge, right. But I mean, it's a land.

Conor Murphy:
Grab per capita there.

Ackerman :
We there we go .

Conor Murphy:
Is it gonna be up there? There's potential. There is some sort of like Sports Illustrated swimsuit shoot that was going on in Australia along the same time. But who knows? But it was built up there like my return for the second time on podcastt. But maybe it wasn't no one. But it was it was notably up there.

Ackerman :
It was. Yeah. Let's just say like you did, it was the best looking, you know, per capita place to be during that time. And this year is going to be even bigger. It's going to blow last year out of the water. I've already seen on this site some of the amazing guests. I'm going to be their best hour. Their day thunder, bro. Own Your Eating all these companies. Who else? What are some of the big names? sarod some big names that are going to be on one of the waves to.

Conor Murphy:
Yeah. So the biggest thing about that was actually kind of on one of my talking points because we talk about like big names as far as athletes being on board. But what we realized from last year's cruise is that like the athletes are fantastic and having access to them and having them lead classes is really, really powerful. But where we found kind of the most feedback that people wanted more of were the seminars where the whether it was gymnastics or for weightlifting seminars that now we're bringing on board with Power Monkey Camp with Dave Durante and Chad Bonfils, USA Olympians to more stuff to where it is nutrition. There's this can be stuff on fasting. There's going to be that Own your eating, there's going to be just a ton of different seminars and as well as athlete coaches that bring a lot to the table just from like the knowledge perspective, because the workouts are fantastic. We're going to have more workouts. We're gonna have more area. There'll be a little bit more intimate classes, but more of them. So a lot of the feedback from last year, what we implemented this year. But I think the big things is, like you said beforehand with like Thurdo Bro is introducing you know, it's not just the hey, it's functionality or these Crossfit, athletes.

Conor Murphy:
Now you start to get into the hypertrophy world and then we start talking about that with the endurance and the robot capacity with Hinshawn as well as the capacity what they've been collaborating with power monkey. So there's just a ton of different stuff that that really just expands instead of just kind of that like Crossfit, centric focus where it is all the Crossfit, athletes which are fantastic. You're going to get better at that stuff, but you're also going to branch out to where there are. I mean, even like the tone house fitness from New York, a little bit different style on there. So we've got a little bit of something for anyone and everyone on board. And it all comes back to like what you said, people are working out. People are party and people are hanging out. But it's not that I'm going on this boat to eat a bunch and B, be dormant and not move around. We're just so to eat to expand that, not just with the athletes like you're you're Rich Froning Pat down there. Dan Bailey, etc. But with with more opportunities to learn.

Ackerman :
Yeah, I think. I mean, if you just look at it from a dollar perspective, you can't beat it. Any one of these seminars alone would cost more than the cruise.

Conor Murphy:
That's that's what I think the craziest part of it is that. For typical events, right, you look at, for instance,.

Ackerman :
Take the Auio capacity class.

Conor Murphy:
Right. And that's what I would say it's a little bit different than perhaps the course because you're not going to get the C use and it's not going to be kind of as extensive. You are going to get a similar amount of knowledge behind it. But what I look at from this price point is that it's not just ticket to an event. You're not just going in there. Then you wander to vendor village hoping to get some sample. But it is all inclusive. You spend that money and if you don't want to drink anything, you know, granted there are alcohol packages that you don't have to spend another dime. All of this stuff is included. You get access to all of these classes, coaches, athletes, the food, the room and board the stops that we go to. It's insane when you really look at it as well as any of the seminars. So it's really unique. And I think people are really starting to understand that back. This is a vacation, but this also there's there's so much more that goes into it. Although it is kind of a higher price point than buying tickets for a for a weekend event. There's just so much that goes into it where, you know, we're just really trying to get that out there because most people who came on board last year have already purchased tickets for this year because they're. Yeah, absolutely. We understand the value in that. So getting that information out there is kind of one of the main things we're working on.

Ackerman :
Yeah. I mean, the number of people that have reached out to me asking if I'll be on it again is through the roof. I love it because they're like, oh, we met you last year. And I still get e-mails from people saying, we met you last year. And, you know, we love the seminar. We love talking to you. And I think it's important to note, if this is your first cruise, like Conner just said, you don't you could show up and have no money and still love it. I mean, like you said, with the exception of some drinks and maybe an excursion, if you want to do something on the island, I assume the workouts, the seminars, the nightlife and entertainment, it's all included. Once you get on that boat, you don't have to spend any money. And if we decide to to have a few drinks, that's cool. But you know, the price you pay, we don't. The boat is all you need, right?

Conor Murphy:
We won't stop you if you want to spend more money. Absolutely. You've got you've got excursions you can have like one on one training sessions. You can get all access passes to go on a hot air balloon ride on coke. OK. Like whatever you want to do. Absolutely. But for the dollar amount and the amount of days that you're there, when you break it down, especially if you want to talk about with the seminars and the access to knowledge that you get. It's insane.

Ackerman :
Do you have an idea of how many classes will be offered every day? I mean, last year I'd say it was close to 20 or more. Is it. Is it on par with that again this year?

Conor Murphy:
We will be more than doubled to that on the classes with with shorter class times, smaller actual classes, but way more area like the new ship that we that we got this year. So last year, if you went on board with Royal Caribbean, which was fantastic, it was off the ship that had a bunch of bells and whistles and slides and all sorts of stuff on here. But this year we actually upgraded to a a nicer cruise line is the luxury ship with higher service from state rooms to restaurants and food options. But also it is that we have way more surface area to do what we are doing on the on the ship. As far as different areas to work out in the actual foot space that we have in those areas, even though the ship overall gets less people, we are planning on having just as many people onboard, but way more areas for them to train. So again, over twice as many classes. Also a lot more offerings as far as with the kids classes that I'm so stoked to see you deal with some of the kids, but as well as yoga and as well as Stonehouse as well as, you know, with our bootcamp classes, samba. I mean, there's there's anything and everything. That's what I think we're most excited about is the expansion class offerings.

Ackerman :
Well, and like you said, they have kids classes. The benefit of coaching the kids class is, hey, just thrown right overboard. If they're being a pain in the ass to serve those kids.

Conor Murphy:
Right. That's what I found. Well, that's right. On the fourth deck, because it's like it'll hurt, but you'll be fine.

Ackerman :
Yeah. Just swim. Catch up. I told you to be quiet. No, no. Catch up. But you know, it is a it is a family friendly cruise for that reason. I mean, if you have kids, I mean, you have an infant. But at the point with they're a toddler or they're an adolescent and there's nonstop stuff for kids to do, you can say goodbye to your candidate in the morning and not see him again till late at night and know they were safe. No, they were exercising and then good hands. But there are going to be some classes specifically for kids this year. What are some of the other new types of classes that you've touched upon? But what are they specifically?

Conor Murphy:
So when we talk about what will post a lot more about this on social media, but with partnering with a strong New York and townhouse, that's more of almost like the bootcamp style, a boutique studio up in New York, but more along the lines of like a Berrys boot camp with some battle ropes and that stuff, the people who, you know, aren't necessarily heavily into Crossfit,. And then with those movement and with their yoga offerings as well, that people who do crossfit, people who don't do crossfit, people who only want to do it like everyone should be doing yoga. I know you're a massive yoga yourself,.

Ackerman :
You know it.

Conor Murphy:
Of the stretching flexibility class has been kind of upgraded to logit yoga classes with some of the top instructors around there as well as. A lot more lighter weight options. So as we know, all of this training is universally scalable. There's a kettle, bells ring and a workout. You can do it all the way to where you're just putting your hands on your knees and standing back up again. But we have a lot more access to lighter weight, a lot more equipment coming on board, too, for scaling to be utilized on that. So it's just a lower barrier to entry to really for anyone. There are people who have never done even a boot camp workout and they hopped into classes.

Conor Murphy:
And with some of these World-Class coaches, like you're going to be taking care of, some of the questions we get is like, hey, I'm not like a stud. We can go, don't come on. The things like, oh, my gosh. Yeah. Every fitness level is welcome on the boat. You don't even have to be at the fittest point in your life. It's really just a matter of like like minded people and going on something to where sometimes people didn't even workout at all. They just wanted to hang out with people who are in that category and they wanted to party at night. Also, some people who wanted to just upoff the party at night. There are some kid busts, but there's also some adult only thing to do. So we want to try to touch base on everything, but it's more so that just like fitness mentality and it's more of that. People who like to take care of their own bodies. There's even like some body recharge and mindfulness classes that are happening there, like with the spa, with different massages. And our recovery area. I mean, there's something for everyone on board and we're still trying to expand to make sure that it's all inclusive. In the matter of whatever you want to do, you're going to have access to do it on board.

Ackerman :
Well, yes and no. And obviously, best hour of the day, we reach mostly the Crossfit, world that I would tell you guys. If you're listening, get out of your comfort zone. There's a 6:00 a.m. morning yoga class and I was a part of last time. And, you know, there's nothing cooler than doing some yoga and watching the sunrise. And let's do it. If you're listening to this, let me stress one thing. There's a lot of attractive women on this boat. Yeah. Like Conner said, you don't have to work out to just enjoy the scenery. But if you're single and you want to meet a Crossfit, or another fitness enthusiast, this is the place to go. And if you're a family, it's also I mean, I remember watching Alija Bahaman had like 18 kids on board with him last time. How many kids as I do that he has at least 18 kids. And they were just like always walking around him, his wife, his family. It's very friendly and very kid friendly. And it's just it I will say, like in addition to being the best looking place to be, it's also just a fun. It's like being on Woodstock, like at Woodstock, on a boat with it. People are just like peace and love everywhere. Everyone's happy.

Conor Murphy:
Yeah, that was that was something that was really unique last year, is with the different disciplines on even just how people train from the bodybuilding to powerlifting to people who do CrossFit, to people who do the buried boot camp to Flywheel or Sowici SoulCycle, like all of these people are on board. But when it comes down to it, it's like people are so interested in meeting these other people and hearing their stories and learning more about what they do. It's like this kind of like this shared this shared passion. And I mean, we were we were so shocked with how well it was last year and the feedback that we got. Whereas like any of the things that we can do to make it better, we're gonna do. But we're also we have to keep that same vibe like, hey, this is for everyone. Like you like cool. You have a two minute frand. Fantastic. You are. You know, there's not like oh you get to on the eighth step with you have a two minute brand and the seventh if you don't like everyone. Is there just like a typical gym. You get your fittest athletes like they're not assholes, they're genuinely good people and you find that you know the Pat Vellner won the Crossfit, open this year. One of the fittest dudes on earth. Also a chiropractor like he's just sitting there hanging out with you. You'll find these these just incredible people who are just going to go sit down with you at dinner and shoot the shit and they want to hear about your life as well. It's just very, very unique. And we're we're so stoked to be able to do it again and bring people like yourself on board to share their passion.

Ackerman :
Well, let me tell you something about Vellner. When you talk about just sitting there. You're absolutely right. Because I coach the class of on last boat, though. And that's exactly what he did. He just sat there and let me go to the entire class. So there's there. He's a great athlete. We're gonna work on his coaching skills. But you're right. I saw him that, you know.

Conor Murphy:
I thought Pat I thought Pat did a great job coaching. I think maybe in that instance he had one lot to lose. Maybe he had one too many mudslides before your class.

Conor Murphy:
But I coached with him shot and it was like Hobart was there. Hendel. was there. Craig Genya was there. And everyone was just I mean, he was on the mike. We were having fun. You know, it's all unique.

Conor Murphy:
Like, I'd I'd probably rather kind of sit and catch up and grab beers from these guys and watch them work out or have complete a class just to stay in awawesome time to get better fitness and also learn from some of the best coaches, you know. You are also a member across the seminar staff, so you should be able to take lead on the class and maybe give give a pro athlete a couple of pointers.

Ackerman :
Well, I think it's I mean, no doubt intimidated him that I'm a Level 4 Crossfit, coach. And he probably, you know, didn't want to look foolish in front of me as like Pat justI demo for me. And that's it. Just Demo just Demo looked pretty. But no, he was he was great.

Conor Murphy:
Demo, do you think you Demo movement better than Patrick belder?

Ackerman :
No, I think that's a hard no.

Conor Murphy:
You play to your strengths. You know, you got to use development of the world to demo the movement.

Ackerman :
Exactly. Exactly. And but, you know, it was really cool. The Buffet area last year, I loved it because people kind of associate going on a cruise with getting fat. And you certainly can. But you can also literally miss crude.

Conor Murphy:
You feel like if you really want to, you can go there.

Ackerman :
Like dessert. There's always this. There's a there's always food available literally 24 hours a day, even if you want to give room service, which is part of your fee for being on the boat. But the cool thing, my favorite thing is like I love eating fruits and vegetables, but unless my wife Roz prepares them, it's unlikely I'm going to. So showing up on the boat and there's just platters of chopped up pineapple like that's my favorite. If I find chopped up pineapple, I can just see so much of it. But you know, you can really good quality and you can eat really, you know, real foods, Whole Foods. And then you're at the buffet. And like you said, I remember numerous times. Dan Bailey was just always at the buffet. Every time I was there, he was just there eating. And he's always just inviting different people to sit down with them and chat.

Conor Murphy:
I don't think people understand how nice and genuine of a person. Dan Bailey is like when you really like like break it down to see like his care or concern for someone who's having a conversation. It's one of those people who's like, hey, he's not just listening to me. So he can tell his story next. Like, he he genuinely gives a shit. And that's like that to toot our horn on the boat. But like, that's the kind of people like that's why I and I were brought on this thing to be like, hey, who cares who really wants to be on this? Who really wants to, like, build this brand and do that stuff? But, man, I just don't have enough good things. I could say about that. It just is just an off in person. And when you bring that up, it just reminded me of it.

Ackerman :
Yeah. And really, that goes for everyone, not just Dan.. I mean, there are plenty of times you see Rich Froning and his family walking around. I brought up Alija or Villinger. All the female athletes were great as well. Brook Wells and you know, so many other top level athletes and they're all super friendly. You know, it takes probably a day for the people on the boat to realize, hey, I'm not bothering them. And in fact, like you said, Connor, they want to. I mean, at the end of the day, they're just athletes. They just work out. They're normal people that want to talk to their fans. Without us. Without fans. Yeah.

Conor Murphy:
They just have really, really just happened to be a little bit better at working out than the rest of us.

Ackerman :
Yeah, a lot better in some scenarios. But what are what are some of the other cool things that are happening this year that that weren't that you learned from last year that you want to implement?

Conor Murphy:
Well, I think initially it was like we needed to put these athletes on all sorts of different classes so that people had access to see them. But I think even after I'm talking like the opening party, once people realized like, hey, I'm not just going to have one shot like snap a photo while this person walks by, they're gonna be here for a little bit. So more so, like allowing athletes, like more time to actually hop into workouts and more time to kind of be around. Obviously, a lot more athletes are coming on board this year. And then as well as what we talked about with the seminars and the learning. I mean, it's not just in the Crossfit, world, but we want to expand the knowledge, not just for what we already know and the same people who were there last year, but like how can we how can we incorporate more people involved in that? We had talked about the different equipment that's coming on board as well. It's just like if everyone has access, like you, like you can do a plank.

Conor Murphy:
You can do a burpee. You can do scaled versions of it a lot more. A team and partner workouts that are happening. The same thing when we go to NASA. But with even more classes going on, there are people that are like, hey, you know, I'm not much like a clean and jerk, a NASCAR, but I do want to lift some heavy weights and do that like, awesome. We're going to have access for you to do that. So it's not just, hey, you're going to do a double graitcer double. I like how you can go throw down your friends and do this stuff like have more access or people to just do what they want, obviously, and learn more from the stuff we have going on. But then just to hang out like like I want to go in at some point in time and get some unfrozen, you know, like ups are great. But every once in a while I just want to get a little bicep pump on. So having all that would be або with those times.

Ackerman :
Well, you get you thunder is gonna be on there with the huge presence, and I can tell you you're gonna get your curls in Davis super excited. And, you know, speaking of people that will listen to you and talk to you. Dave's gonna be on board and I have no doubt he's just gonna be walking around excited for people to be talking to him. And yeah, there'll be plenty of thunder bro sessions going down with plenty of coming. Look, we're gonna be on a boat out in the sun. Sun's outguns out. We're gonna have to do some curls.

Conor Murphy:
Oh, 100 percent. And then as well as his counterpart with Camille being on board. I mean, that's that's training and nutrition coming down from the top. Not just as a professional athlete. I mean, you get I mean, you have the eating support and the female side for performance and daily health and up in athletics. It's not just like, hey, I want to compete at the top level, like, hey, how do you just how can you live a more sustained, better, more sustainable life? And we're just really excited for for Camille and Dave, especially with that. But just how much of a range they have? We're even scrolling through the Web site, looking through.

Conor Murphy:
I was very impressed with the Own Your Eating with you guys, you and Roz on board last year. I mean, the amount of people that reached out being like, hey, getting access to this has helped me. And it you know, it's the same thing as coaching on the affiliate. Right. I get people that that came on the cruise last year were sending me updated or posting on on the Instagram, not me directly, maybe a couple. But, you know, people will post this stuff and be like, hey, I've lost this amount of weight, I've done this and that. It was so inspiring. Being on this thing, yeah, you don't have to be the Rich Froning of the world to come on board. But with the amount of stuff that happened with your seminar, you know, hamplan coming on board. You know, with Paul and James talking about the affiliates and the method with with different jump up and power monkey. And I mean, it's like you have this too much actually happening for me to sit here and talk about like go check out the Web site, go listen to a lot of stuff.

Conor Murphy:
The adaptive training is another one that's going to be on board Web site. You know, there are people who have, you know, Logan Aldridge who lost his arm in a wakeboarding accident. And it's not just like, hey, I want to hear this guy's story. But if you have someone who comes in the gym who has an injury, whether it be temporary or permanent, like here's some ways you can scale and scale effectively. We're just I mean, again, just just stoked for everything. Jordan Spieth coming on board.

Ackerman :
And as you know, you're talking about these things. I can tell you I'm getting excited because I was there presenting and coaching. But I also had the luxury of taking some of these and the Hinshaw seminar last year, he did three parts, three and one each day. It was some of the best seminars I've ever attended. And, you know, if you look at my credentials, I've taken every Crossfit, seminar there is. And I learned so much from that. So they hear you say the adaptive community is going to be there like Logan or Saudi. It's I'm excited because I know right away I'm like, OK, I need to find out when those seminars are because I learned so much from those guys and scaling and adapting for my community. So I'm excited for that. And also just to learn and be open minded for some of these other people. Now, is Paul Tremblay going to have a seminar on how to have seven kids within two years? Is he going to have a seminar on that?

Conor Murphy:
I think there'll be probably more on a one on one basis to call on that one.

Ackerman :
Every time I see the dude's Instagram, he has a new kid. Is that how it is? You're doing it. His wife looks great. It's just like she's pop kids out. She's not gaining weight. Just kids are coming out. The trendless are some polling people they are meant to reproduce those to.

Conor Murphy:
If you're gonna be a bear, be a grizzly and you're going to start this family. You know how, Pargo, you've got zero and you've got one hundred and you go in one hundred right now.

Ackerman :
And you know something you mentioned earlier? I still get emails. And it's one of the most exciting things about being a coach when you when you don't even realize the impact it's had on someone like I have tons of one on one clients and we get to experience that every weekend at Crossfit, seminars. But the emails that I get that are like, hey, I took your seminar a lot on the waves and it changed my nutrition habits. That's really awesome because I just, you know, me talking for an hour and answering some questions to know that that had an impact on people for years to come. Is is really rewarding. So. And you'll get that, be it your nutrition. Like you said, Camille's going to be promoting, you know, her. Her journey and what her new programing is like. All these people are putting out so much cool stuff. How many podium finishers do you think you're gonna be on the boat?

Conor Murphy:
Gosh, I don't even honestly, we've been focusing so much on on more of like who from a personality perspective rather than what I've. I mean, I know. I mean, probably at least a half dozen and I can just think of off the top of my head.

Ackerman :
But it's it's it's it's really awesome. And I mean, I'm super excited to be back. And well, you know, we appreciate you and awesome and the crew putting all this together so people can check it out, obviously, and sign up if they use the code. Best our they can have some private coaching with Fern and myself. I'm I'm excited. I was someone Razziq like last year was the two of us and we knew a lot of people. But this year, it's like Fern's gonna be on from best. Our Dave and Camille are going to be on. You guys are gonna be on. It's like it's like walking around and just knowing everyone and getting to just talk to so many people. I've made so many amazing connections to that. I'm looking forward to striking up some new ones. What what are some other things that you can think of to tell people if they're kind of not sure they're not ready to make the decision? What's what's something that would push them over the edge?

Conor Murphy:
I feel like when you and I just sit here and talk about one, what you get for the price. How many days that is what you get with board food. All of that. I think that in itself, just with the ability to work out and then like go to the Web site, click on go what? On the Wacom or cruise that was on the way dot com. And when you click on the crude's, there's a bunch of drop down from the workout seminar destination family, friends like theme parties that go look at that stuff like actually read scrolling down through it. You know, I look at it and I and I pull up someone new that you like. I completely forgot like Dr Cameron from from Tone House. We'll be there was like a three part recovery recovery formula. It's like anything you want is going to be on here, like look at what's put into it and then talk to someone who went on board last year, drop a line of men and Instagram like, hey, you went on the cruise last year. How was it? Get some honest feedback. It's not from someone who's who's trying to push just from a company perspective. Like ask him how it went. Ask him about how much access they had to the app and how what kind of conversations they had in the class, in the seminars, what they learned, what they did, how much fun they had.

Conor Murphy:
People who never did a single workout. I have two friends, one greedy to be, who never did a single workout the entire time on board. They wake up at noon and come around and hang out and watch some of the workouts and then just party and do their thing. But that was their vacation there in that fitness realm and world. One of them is a firefighter. Another one works for Department of Homeland Security. And it's like that was their time to get away. Like you can make it whatever you want. If you've been on a cruise before, fantastic. You know what I'm talking about. And we've added all this other stuff. You've never been on a cruise. Look at what it comes with. It's just I'm just stoked to be to be a part of it. And and if you're on this perfume. Email me directly. I could put my email on you like I'll always respond to that. And if you have any questions, I'll I'll answer them to the best of my ability. So. Come join us. Come join Jason. Jason Akermanis, shirtless teaching yoga classes, if that doesn't push you over the edge. Well, then, dang it, I don't know what will.

Ackerman :
And that's it. That's all you needed to hear. That should be enough to get John there. I will be shirtless most of the time. I will be dragging down the best looking for square footage in the world on this cruise because there will be people a lot better looking than me on there, but I'm just excited to be part of it again. And thank you, Connor. Chris had and all about it. And if you have any questions, you know, I don't have anything really to gain from you guys going on there. We're excited to be there. So if you really if you need to ask some questions, hit us up. You can DMI us on the best, our Instagram. You can email us best hour of their day at G-mail dot com. Well, like Connor said, get on there. Sign up. You're not going to regret it.

Conor Murphy:
Oh, yeah, ca't say it any better.

Ackerman :
All right, Connor. Well, thank you so much. I'm looking forward to seeing you in eighty three days and I'm looking forward to meeting with all the people that sign up using the code. Best hours. So head on over to help out on the waves. Sign up. Use the code and we'll see you on the boat.

Conor Murphy:
Are you? This should be off limits, to be honest. Are you going down to water palooza?

Ackerman :
I will be a lot of police. I'll be there with with Dave. We booked our travel. We got some cool stuff going on. You're going to be there.

Conor Murphy:
I'm thinking I'm thinking I should go down there. I mean, I love those guys. I love that event. It's always really fun drawing a lot on the waves. Sure. If you guys can find me or see me, a lot of loser, ask some questions about it, but I'm stoked.

Ackerman :
Well, I believe we have a bigger Air B&B, so we need a place to stay. E got one. So hopefully I'll see you there.

Conor Murphy:
How are you? I mean, again, thanks for having me on. It is an honor. And we'll talk soon.

Ackerman :
That's Conor Murphy, our first ever two time guest on best hour of their day. Thanks Conor. We will see you on the boat.

Conor Murphy:
We'll talk soon.
