In this episode, Jason Ackerman interviewed a long-time friend and business mentor Chris Cooper, who is the owner of CrossFit Catalyst and Founder of Two Brain Business. Jason examples how Chris helped grow all three of his CrossFit affiliates to well over 500 members. Also crediting Chris an as big reason why Albany CrossFit was the most successful sale in CrossFit history.
Chris began mentoring gyms in early 2012. Soon after, he was invited to work as a journalist for CrossFit, Inc. for a year, and he began travelling around the world on the CrossFit for Hope and other projects. In 2015, he published two books, “Two-Brain Business 2.0 and “Help First.” His newest book, “Founder, Farmer, Tinker, Thief” is available for pre-order on Amazon and will be released May 7th.
