Time is money - so when it comes to completing your required Continuing Education Units (CEU) for the year, work smarter, not harder. 

As an owner enrolled in Affiliate University's 12-month program, you qualify for 50 CEUs. 

Yep, you read that right.  

With Affiliate University, you can earn 50 CEUs towards your continued education requirements as a certificate holder. That is 5x the amount most other continuing education classes can offer.

In addition, each member of your staff who participates in our Coach Development Course is eligible for up to 25 CEUs as well - at no additional cost to you.

CEUs with BHOTD allows you to save time, save money, while growing together as a team.

Affiliate Owners are guided through business clarity, business systems to streamline their operations, member engagement, and how to increase revenue and profitability.

Each course component is personalized specifically for your unique business goals, needs, and challenges. 

We reject one-size-fits-all advice and share the unglamorous truth about your Affiliate. In cutting the fluff, we can quickly provide actionable tools and ideas specific to your box and ready for activation tomorrow.

TRACK 2:

COACHES DEVELOPMENT

Again, a great business is only a fraction of what it takes to be a successful Affiliate. Thus, this section of Affiliate University is dedicated to improving your box's most important and core product - your CrossFit classes.

In this phase, owners are encouraged to invite their entire staffing team and are instructed on improving their ability to coach and deliver a fun, safe, and effective coaching experience.

Where CrossFit certifications teach coaches the skills to be good coaches, our coaches development courses take the learnings one step further, showing you how to practically apply the knowledge at your box. 

In this phase, you and your team will develop your coaching by learning directly from world-class CrossFit Affiliate owners, seminar staff, and coaches, providing your team unprecedented guidance to grow together.
