ABOUT THE ROLE

The Blueprint Strategist is the first human touchpoint for every inbound lead across Affiliate University funnels, Blueprint Assessment, webinars, lead magnets, checklists, downloads, and more. 

Your job is to qualify leads, determine their Blueprint Phase, uncover their top risks, extract key metrics, and book them into a Blueprint Diagnostic Call with an Enrollment Advisor.

This role connects marketing and sales and ensures every lead receives fast, high-quality engagement.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Respond to all inbound leads within 3 minutes.
  • Make 80–120 outbound calls/day across webinars, downloads, and cold/warm leads.
  • Use the Affiliate Blueprint Qualification Script to identify:
    • Blueprint Phase
    • 3 Primary Risks
    • Key Metrics: members, churn, ACV, payroll %, lead flow
  • Book qualified prospects into Enrollment Calls.
  • Maintain strong booking + show rate metrics.
  • Log all activity with accuracy in CRM.
  • Execute consistent follow-up across call, text, email, and DM.
  • Partner with Marketing to align messaging with current campaigns.

 

YOU’RE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU…

  • Have prior SDR/BDR/Inside Sales experience (1–3 years)
  • Thrive in high-volume outreach environments
  • Are a clear communicator, confident, and concise
  • Are extremely coachable and process-driven
  • Are familiar with CrossFit (preferred)
  • If you have fitness/gym/sales experience, that’s a plus
