Social Media Coordinator 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We help CrossFit affiliate owners build real, profitable businesses. We're hiring a part-time Social Media Coordinator to grow our social presence across two brands (BHOTD and The Knowledge Pro) and turn that attention into leads for our pipeline.


You'll grow our audience, drive real engagement, and run the comment-and-DM automations that feed our sales funnel. If you understand CrossFit, can turn an outline into a sharp graphic quickly, and know the difference between a post that gets likes and a post that gets saves and shares, we'd like to hear from you.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Post daily across Instagram and Facebook for both brands (feed posts + stories)
  • Repurpose our existing content (podcasts, webinars, long-form) into social posts and clips
  • Turn carousel outlines we provide into finished, on-brand graphics
  • Re-run proven top performers with fresh copy or in new formats
  • Respond to comments and DMs, and move interested people toward the next step
  • Build and maintain ManyChat/GHL automations that capture leads
  • Maintain YouTube Shorts and report weekly on what's working

 

YOU’RE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU…

  • Understand CrossFit and the world of gym owners and coaches
  • Write clear, on-brand captions and copy that drive engagement and action
  • Build clean graphics quickly in Canva or similar
  • Can edit short-form video (Reels, Shorts) in CapCut, Canva, or similar
  • Have ManyChat experience or can learn automations quickly
  • Comfortable reading platform analytics and adjusting based on what performs
  • Self-directed, responsive, and reliable on a daily cadence, including some weekends. Must work East Coast hours

Compensation: $1,800 – $2,200/month, depending on experience.

Logistics: Part-time, 15–20 hrs/week, remote.
